Draslaug Dredd

Yes, new faction for an RTS-RP; my planet/faction is the Draslaugs. Hailing from Draslaug V. 

Dredds act as the global police force, created by Breult Violbjorn, the Grand Draud Queen. The Dredds are set amongst all the Kings, Dukes, and Governors of Draslaug V, as "bodyguards", though their obvious intent is to remind them who is in charge.
The Dredds, while numerous, should not be taken lightly. They make up about half of Draslaug V's entire military, though they are dedicated police forces.
They are not given their heavy armor until they have three years of experience, not including the six year training period. They excel in side-arms, primarily pistols or hand shotguns, though they are trained with sniper rifles, assault rifles, and heavy weaponry throughout their training period. Certain Dredds can request extra training for an increase in payroll. Though, not much and few consider it worthwhile.

The extra training emphasizes Assault rifles and heavy weaponry or sniper rifles. The side-training from the main course. These Dredds are called "Gros-Rek" Dredds, or "Gut Ripper" Dredds.

And I was totally not inspired by Judge Dredd for the backstory...
